Jani Klemenčič was a member of a rowing crew, which won one of the first two Olympic medals in Barcelona 1992 for independent Slovenia.



He has competed in four Olympic Games: Barcelona 92, Atlanta 96, Sydney 00 and Athens 04 and numerous world rowing championships. The title of World Champion in fourth places is awarded when you have won an ungrateful place in the biggest competitions at least five times and at the same time complete a dissertation entitled "Little things counts."

Miha Pirih is a coach at the Bled Rowing Club, professor of sports education, a holder of a medal from the World Championships and a former Olympian.


He has participated in three Olympic Games: Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Beijing 2008 and twelve World Rowing Championships. At the Beijing Games, he was a member of rowing crew, which ensured the continuation of the "successful" story of winning fourth places. At the 2009 World Cup the tradition was beaten. Bronze medal and escape to sports retirement.


He liked to sit at the beginning of the crew, like a leader, where the rhythm begins. Jani says this is because he never knew how to follow. With the function comes the responsibility - different characters must snyc in to steady pace even outside of the boat. At home, however, it is different. The fact that he was a leader doesn’t interest his three girls much.


“Rowing, especially in larger crews, can easily summarize knowledge that do or don't support and encourage performance. Our goal is to show customers how to set values ​​as reference points around which teams build their behavior.”
